Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome


  • unilateral skull + sinus hypertrophy
    • mainly frontal sinus + mastoid air cells

  • atrophy of ipsilateral cerebral hemisphere (in childhood)
    • cerebral infarction (most often)
    • infection
    • trauma
    • congenital hypoplasia
