Sprengel deformity

congenital elevation of scapula
  • rotated --> inferior edge points medially
  • uni- or bilateral

  • almost always a/w Klippel-Feil syndrome

  • +/- omocervical (or "omovertebral") bones:
    • joins scapula to C5 or C6
