TYPES:

with aberrant LEFT subclavian artery (5% ==> CHD)
- most common type of right arch
- second most common cause of vascular ring
with mirror image branching (95% associated with congenital ht dz)
- 90% tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) (25%) ** decreased PBF
- 2.5% truncus (30-50%) ** increased PBF
- 1.5% transposition (TGV) (5%)
with isolated left subclavian artery
