metastasis
- most common (esp. lung, melanoma)
primary adenocarcinoma
- large at diagnosis (> 5 cm)
- usually functional (increased corticosteroids ==> Cushing's)
- rapid growth
benign adrenal adenoma
- +/- functional
- nonfunctional occurs in 2-8% of population
- diagnosis by CT: <15 HU on NCECT or <30 HU delayed (15min-1hr) following contrast
pheochromocytoma
neuroblastoma
myelolipoma
cyst / pseudocyst
