- benign vascular nasopharyngeal tumor
- adolescent males
- supplied by pterygopalatine br. of maxillary artery
- may extend into skull base, orbit, cranium
- nasal cavity --> sphenopalatine canal --> pterygopalatine fossa
findings:
- persistent dense stain
- rarely, early-draining veins
DDx:
- lymphoepithelioma
- fibrous dysplasia
