• craniofacial dysostosis

• autosomal dominant
• premature closure of sutures(craniosynostosis)
  • usually coronal ==> brachycephaly
  • all sutures ==> Kleeblatschaedel

• hypoplasia of facial bones
• beaked ("parrot") nose
