esophageal intramural pseudo-diverticulosis

• dilated submucosal glands and ducts
  • similar to Rokitansky-Aschoff sinuses of GB
  • XR: multiple intramural tics, often on one view only

• 2' to esophagitis
• relatively asymptomatic

• +/- stricture
• +/- candidiasis
