juvenile polyposis coli

• benign polyposis
• inheritance uncertain
• inflammatory or retention polyps: round, smooth, soft, mucin-filled, non-neoplastic

• onset < 10 yrs
• polyps can prolapse thru anus
• a/w diarrhea, protein loss
