- idiopathic hereditary osteolysis
- autosomal dominant, manifest in early childhood
- carpals + tarsals involved first
- autosomal-recessive carpal and tarsal osteolysis
- idiopathic osteolysis with nephropathy
- carpals, tarsals, adjacent tubular bones involved
- azotemia --> death in early adulthood
- massive osteolysis of Gorham
