• Gardner: osteomas
• Kartagener: chronic infection
• basal cell-nevoid
• neurofibromatosis
• Down (trisomy 21): hypoplastic frontal, sphenoid, +/- ethmoid
• progeria: absent frontal sinuses; dwarf, immature
• cleidocranial dysostosis: all sinuses absent/small
