• sporadic (some aut. dominant)

• rubbery, raised blue-black skin nevi
  (cavernous hemangiomata, 0.1 - 5 cm)

• GI mucosal hemangiomata
  • bowel: polypoid filling defects of varying sizes
  • visceral hemangiomata (by angio)

associated with:

• leukemia
• medulloblastoma
• hypernephroma
• Mafucci syndrome
