Ebstein anomaly

• tricuspid valve: abnormal formation + insertion
  • usually tricuspid insufficiency
  • right atrial enlargement (if severe, "box-like heart")
  • decreased pulm vascularity

• cyanosis
  • severe at birth
  • mild in later childhood

• angio: to-and-fro motion of contrast between RA + "atrialized" RV
