- subperiosteal bone resorption
- subchondral and subligamentous bone resorption
- widening of symphysis pubis, SI joints
- resorption of ischial tuberosity
- spotty deossification of the skull ("wooly", "salt and pepper")
- metaphyseal fractures, slipped epiphyses
- brown tumor + chondocalcinosis
