- prognathism (elongation of mandible) in few cases
- sellar enlargement and erosion
- enlarged paranasal sinuses (esp. frontal): 75%
- calvarial hyperostosis (esp. inner table)
- enlarged occipital protuberance
- vertebrae: posterior scalloping (30%), anterior new bone,
loss of disc space
- heel pad > 25 mm
- premature osteoarthritis (commonly knees)
