I've always used AvantGo to sync CHORUS on my Palm V, but I've recently found a better (advertisement-free) method. It's called Plucker, which is a free software program that allows you to download web pages and view them on the Palm. There's a desktop application and a Palm-based viewer. The web page for the Desktop application address is: http://desktop.plkr.org/. (I'm pretty sure the Windows Installer file contains everything you'll need, including the Palm OS viewer file.)
(Note- I'm putting the project's home page web address below, but I actually found the info there somewhat confusing. Just go to the above 'Desktop' address and you should be able to get it working.) http://www.plkr.org/index.plkr?a=home
